Family Skiing Sales Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team focused on providing families with fun, hassle-free skiing holidays in the French Alps. This job is based in Ski Famille’s modern offices in Fleet, Hampshire. You will have the opportunity to travel to Ski Famille’s resorts in the Alps.

Role details
- Efficiently deal with phone and email enquiries from prospective guests
- Identify the best possible holiday for a family’s needs
- Effectively cross sell products including ski lift passes, tuition and ski hire
- Process bookings with care and attention to detail
- Make outbound calls to optimise sales opportunities
- Ensure detailed product and company knowledge
- Demonstrate a high level of customer care at all times
You will be able to offer us:
- Strong IT skills
- Good verbal and written English
- A customer focussed approach and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to prioritise and organise your own workload
Previous sales experience in the travel/ski industry or in sales is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be given.
Hours of work
Normal working hours 9.30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday working (10 am to 4 pm) will be required on a rota basis from mid-September through to mid-April.
Package
Circa £18,000 per annum dependent on experience. A sales incentive is also available.
