It’s 50 days until the season starts (or at least it was at the time of writing!)
Here’s our top five new and most exciting things to know about the upcoming season:
1. New: Chalet Cocon des Neiges, Les Gets
Chalet Cocon des Neiges is a brand new chalet that has been built over the summer and is currently having its final touches done to its interior, ready for Winter 2019-2020. Sleeping up to five families (or 18 people), Cocon des Neiges has been built to our specifications to ensure it works well with families in mind.
The property is in Les Gets, very close/near to the Mont Chéry chair lift.
2. New Fine Wine (Burgundy and/or Bordeaux)
You can now savour a special case of Burgundy and/or Bordeaux wines when you book a whole chalet. Call us on 01252 365 495 to pre-order your case and it will be waiting for you on arrival.
Bordeaux: For a full-bodied selection, these Médocs and Saint Emilion Grand Crus will keep all the grown-ups happy.
Burgundy: For a lighter wine, try the Pinot Noirs from the Côtes de Nuits and Mercurey regions.
3. All chalets have outdoor hot tubs
Our chalets in Reberty 2000 (Eva, Katie 1 and Katie 2) underwent some refurbishments which saw their hot tubs moved to their spacious, sunny terraces. This now means all sixteen of our chalets have outdoor hot tubs!
If you really love getting pampered and a hot tub simply isn’t enough, Chalet Corbeau, Chalet Aigrette and Chalet Aigle all have their own saunas, and so too does Chalet Monet in Les Gets. While Chalet Marjorie in Les Gets has a steam room, and Chalet Nicole in Plagne 1800 has a spa area with both a steam room and sauna.
4. Savings of £79 on full day childcare
For a limited time only, save £79 per child when you combine Mountain Marmots and Monty’s Afternoon Club.
Mountain Marmots is suitable for 3-year-olds up to 12-year-olds of all ski abilities. We get children ready for ski lessons, take them to and from the ski meeting points, and liaise with our ski school partners. Lessons are typically 2 hours 45 minutes long. Times, days and durations do vary by resort and age group. Mountain Marmots is inclusive of the ski lessons themselves.
Monty’s Afternoon Club entails plenty of outdoor play and snow activities, including a supervised hunt for Monty the Marmot, tobogganing, arts and crafts and much, much more. This option includes supervised lunch. A great option for children booked in to Mountain Marmots in the morning.
5. Increased regional UK flight options
We are now offering flights from Aberdeen and Belfast for those/guests travelling to Les Gets.
