Imagine having all of this just outside your front door – the stunning and futuristic Bruyères gondola lift just 20 steps away with skiing up to 3,230m in Les 3 Vallées, ski school with nursery slope alongside, blue runs leading to your front door, ski hire, swimming pool and Wellness Spa, shops, restaurants and even an exciting ‘Speed Mountain’ sledge ride. That’s the dream – and we’ve found it for you!
Chalet Hotel Cocon des Neiges is located at 1,850m in Les Bruyères, just below Val Thorens, the highest ski resort in the Alps. The snow record here is just amazing and is recognised as one of the best snow-sure destinations in Europe. Views from the Chalet Hotel are just jaw-dropping: to one side you look straight up the Les Bruyères ski area and to the other side, the spectacular slopes of Pointe de La Masse and the Cime de Caron. Whichever direction you look, you’ll be blown away.
Our Chalet Hotel Cocon des Neiges offers guests a twist on our catered chalets or a standard hotel room. Your self-contained suite offers not only somewhere to sleep at night, but also your own private living area – perfect for when you want some private family time. Breakfasts and meals are taken in the large dining area overlooking the piste where the bar, lounge, and our nursery can also be found. Chalet Hotel Cocon des Neiges is available exclusively to Ski Famille guests creating a relaxed atmosphere with other like-minded family groups.
There are five categories of Suites, ranging from the single-space Studio Suite to the multi-bedroom, multi-bathroom Premium Suite.

When you walk out of the Chalet Hotel Cocon des Neiges, you find yourself in the centre of Les Bruyeres and can discover green slopes, a magic carpet or the Bruyeres 1 lift which will take you towards Val Thorens or Meribel. You willbe able to enjoy, Les Menuires and the wider Les 3 Vallees ski area with ease, whilst your children take off on their own adventure in Monty’s Ski Club!
Within walking distance of the Chalet Hotel, there is a pool with a wellness centre, a small convenience store and some fabulous bars and restaurants offering the most delicious hot chocolates! You can also stop into La Bulle for a pizza at lunch time, conveniently located just next to Chalet Hotel Cocon des Neiges.
Flights are with British Airways or Jet2 on a Ski Famille charter from Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester to Lyon.

Coaches will be waiting outside the terminal in Lyon to transfer you directly to Les Bruyères (Les 3 Vallées). On the return, you will be transferred directly to Lyon by coach. Transfer time to/from resort is approx. 3 hours under normal conditions.
On arrival in resort, the bus will stop outside of Chalet Hotel Cocon Des Neiges for all guests to disembark. The hotel team will assist you in unloading your luggage and take it directly to your hotel suite. You will then be directed to our restaurant for afternoon tea and to check in with one of our managers. On departure, the process is simply reversed.
