The Avenue Cookery School
The Avenue Cookery School is a fun family-run business based in Wandsworth, South West London with whom we work to source cooks and chefs for our chalets. Head chefs Diana and son Richard, run the kitchen side of things, while daughter Sophie, manages the business with her husband Niv and a small friendly office team. They offer a 1 or 2 week course specifically designed to help young budding chefs prepare for a season working in the Alps.
